Write to your newly elected MP about science - Step 1

We are continuing to campaign to ensure science and technology are at the heart of the political agenda. You can help up by writing to your newly elected Member of Parliament asking them to raise these issues with the Secretary of State for the Department of Science, Innovation and Technology.

In writing to your MP, you will help us raise the profile of science at Westminster, an essential part of achieving policy change that benefits our community. From our research landscape to chemistry education in schools and the development of sustainable practises, the chemical sciences have a key role to play in supporting society to meet global challenges and make the world a better place.

Simply fill in your name and details below, and you will be able to review a pre-written email to send directly to your MP. If you'd like, you can also personalise the email to include information about your own experiences and knowledge – this personalisation will have greater impact but is not essential.
