Ask your MP to support science in the spending review - Step 1

The UK Government is in the process of setting out its spending plans for the next three years as part of its Spending Review. We need your help to make sure the chemical sciences are front and centre.

You can support our campaign by writing to your local MP to highlight these asks and help raise the profile of the chemical sciences at Westminster.

Universities need to be on a sustainable financial footing to continue to play their part. Chemistry, STEM and research skills are fundamental to achieving the objectives of the industrial strategy, driving progress in priority technologies and addressing health and environmental challenges now and in future.

We submitted our representation to the Treasury at the beginning of this month and our full asks can be viewed here.
